Join us this holiday season for a special production of IT''S A WONDERFUL LIFE performed as a 1940''s style radio play.
Based on the beloved Frank Capra film, this play is presented as a live radio broadcast from Studio A at WPAL in Danbury, CT on Christmas Eve 1946.
The play follows the classic story of George Bailey, a good and well-intentioned man who has become disillusioned and lost the will to live. The lovable guardian angel-in-training, Clarence eagerly accepts the challenge to earn his wings and show George what life would be like if he wasn’t born. Together they travel back through George’s life and open his eyes and heart to find his true worth and understand the real meaning of the holidays.

Five seasoned actors will bring George, Clarence, Mary and all the residents of Bedford Falls to life on that fateful Christmas Eve. Featuring Rick Hodder, Timothy Huber, Christine Hruska, Lisa Tancredi, and Frank Beaudry in over 40 different roles! Plus Valerie Huegel will delight as a Foley Artist as she executes live sound effects from howling wind to ice cracking, car doors, fist fights and thunder!
